Registration information
Due to the maximum allowed occupancies of the conference room and dining/social areas, registrations will be limited to 100 attendants. Make sure to register as soon as possible!
Important dates
- March 1st, 2025: deadline for the sumbission of oral presentations;
- March 16th, 2025: deadline for early bird registration and submission of abstracts for poster presentations.
- March 17th, 2025: notification of acceptance for oral presentations.
Conference fees
The following table shows the registration fees which include:
- Access to all conference and poster sessions during the 4 days;
- Coffee breaks;
- Lunch on days 2, 3 and 4;
- Welcome cocktail (day 1), cocktail dinner (day 2) and gala dinner (day 3).

Membership Benefits
GEM is a group within the French Biophysics Society (SFB). Becoming a member of both SFB and GEM is highly encouraged for conference attendees. SFB and GEM offer significant financial support, including thesis and poster prizes, to their members.
- Applicants are expected to subscribe to the SFB and GEM membership (please choose the "Plein tarif+GEM" option).
- Choose "plein tarif + GEM" for €50 (SFB: €40, GEM: €10).
- Students can join for free in 2025, but still need to sign up and choose the "0€" option.
